30-day money-back guarantee
We want you to love your redesigns. Every restylai subscription is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you are not happy with your redesigns, email us at [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full, no hassle. We also offer a free tier that produces watermarked redesigns at no cost, so you can see the results before you subscribe.
Subscriptions
Your subscription is covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee above: request a refund within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. You can cancel anytime from your account in one click. Cancellation stops future charges and you keep access until the end of your current billing period. For an automatic renewal you are not happy with, contact us within 30 days of the renewal and we will make it right.
One-time credit packs
One-time credit packs are refundable within 30 days of purchase for any credits you have not yet used. Because each redesign consumes real compute cost the moment it runs, credits you have already spent are non-refundable. Duplicate charges and technical faults that prevent you from generating are always refunded in full.
Payment processing errors
If you experience any of the following, please contact us immediately:
- duplicate charges for the same transaction;
- charges for products or services you did not receive;
- incorrect charge amounts.
We will investigate and process refunds for verified payment errors within 5–10 business days.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with:
- your account email address;
- the transaction ID or purchase date;
- a detailed reason for the request;
- any supporting screenshots, if applicable.
We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days. If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Chargebacks and disputes
